Details Of Insurance We Carry: –

  • We provide standard public liability insurance and standard marine insurance without any extra cost to the customer. Coverage of Public Liability insurance is up to $10 Million and Coverage for Marine insurance is up to $50,000 per truckload. Excess for above mentioned insurances is
  • $500 and $250 respectively (payable by customer). No insurance claims will be processed until complete charges of the service availed and excess fees have been paid to Wise Removalist. We take no responsibility for any other losses because of any damage, repair, or claim.

PLEASE NOTE :

If damage to goods arises from the transport vehicle being damaged by fire, flood, and collision or overturning and we are compensated by our insurer for the damage to your goods, you will be compensated, but only to the extent that we are compensated by our insurer for your goods.

Above insurances might not cover all your goods and insurance needs. If you think your goods are valuable or precious for you than please arrange an itemised moving insurance cover from your choice of insurer.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee for all work we perform. This means if we are told about any damage at the end of the move then we will discuss with you the options of: –
  • Repairing the damage to as close as possible to its original condition or
  • Replacement if a repair cannot be performed or
  • Compensation instead of repair or replacement up to the pre- damage value of the item.

PLEASE NOTE:- We use reputable repairers. If your goods are damaged and taken for repair, we will repair them as close to their original condition as possible. This is not a “new for old” service. Where a replacement or compensation is offered, the valuation will consider the age, depreciation, and wear and tear of the item. If there is a dispute regarding the valuation of an item, an independent licensed auctioneer will assess it, or a person nominated by our insurance company. The cost of auctioneer or such person will be divided by equally. We will not compensate for any consequential loss or loss of value.
